Must be licensed in another state. *PA’s are still required to practice under supervision (only deviation allowed is in an emergency situation in affected areas) and must be registered with the board. Licensing requirements are being waived for HCPs, but a request to waive license requirements must be submitted and approved on a case by case basis. The boards will meet during the week of 3/23 to review and approve the process for the temp waivers. They will post to the websites (azmd.gov and azpa.gov) when the applications for waiver are available. Waivers will be good until the declared emergency has been lifted. |
